A superb and well-balanced example of one of the most iconic references in the vintage Daytona range. This early-series 6265 “Silver” with T SWISS T dial and MK1 pushers combines all the attributes sought by collectors: Valjoux 727 movement, unpolished case, original dial, and perfectly balanced aesthetics. A rare watch, full of character, reflecting the pure and technical style of the 1970s.

Superb steel case, very thick. The original MK1 screw-down pushers are present, typical of the earliest series. Brushed steel bezel in excellent condition with very crisp engravings. No signs of major impacts; the watch is very well preserved and only lightly polished.

Rolex Oyster steel bracelet, reference 78350 with 571 end links, slightly newer than the watch but in very good overall condition. Clasp functions perfectly.

Magnificent original silver dial, signed “T SWISS T,” characteristic of the very first 6265 series. Applied indexes and contrasting black sub-dials. The overall appearance shows a light, even natural patina with excellent visual consistency. Original hands in perfect condition. Tritium plots are in perfect condition and still luminous.
